Holiday Break
There is no swimming until the New Year as we take a much needed break (especially after the 10×50 sprints! Ugh). We’ll be back at it starting January 5th at 8:30pm, and I’m sure all our swim suits will be just a little tighter. Happy Holidays!

Mark has been in touch with TriBC Executive Director Allan Prazsky (www.tribc.org) who has offered KMSC members a sweet deal regarding triathlon coaching certification, which is often taken by triathletes to actually help coach themselves by understanding the fundamentals of the sport.
